The Bespoke Foil Company creates beautiful, personalised baby hand and footprint keepsakes. We work with families directly through our website and partner with baby classes across the region to bring our keepsakes to new parents.

About the Job

Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, flexible between 9am-4pm)


Pay: £12.50 per hour


We're looking for a Studio Assistant to join our small team. You'll be hands-on with every stage of our process, from packing and dispatching kits, to hand-pressing foil prints, framing finished pieces, and making sure orders go out on time.


One day per week you'll be out visiting local baby classes, representing the brand and introducing our keepsakes to parents. You'll be trained and supported initially, then run these visits independently.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:


  • Packing and dispatching Hand & Footprint Kits

  • Managing proof sign-offs with customers (alongside our designer)

  • Creating each customer's foil print

  • Framing finished orders ready for dispatch

  • Ensuring all orders due out that day are dispatched

  • Handling customer service queries from website and baby class sales

  • Visiting local baby classes once per week to offer our keepsakes in person (alongside Ashley to begin)

Skills
What we're looking for:


  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable chatting to new parents

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own and manage your own workload

  • Must have a full driving licence and access to your own car (for baby classes - travel mileage reimbursed)

  • Any interest or experience in social media is a bonus
