What makes Foil Fusion different?
Most foiled prints you’ll see are created using toner foil methods, where foil is applied over a printed layer using glue or toner. While this can look effective at first glance, toner foiling often struggles with fine details, leaving patchy speckles, imperfections, and a finish that can lift, peel or fade over time.
Our Foil Fusion Technology is different. Instead of sticking foil to the surface, we use intense pressure and heat to carefully fuse the foil directly into our specially made card. It’s a process that demands precision, skill, and materials.
