Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? If you haven't used your kit, you can cancel within 14 days of it arriving. Send it back unused, with the wipes still sealed, and we'll refund the kit and the standard postage you paid. Sending it back is at your cost.

Once your prints are with us, we start making a keepsake that's yours and nobody else's, so we can't take it back for a change of mind. That's why every order has a digital proof: nothing is foiled until you've approved it. The same goes for add-ons made from your little one's prints.

Something not right? If your kit, keepsake or frame arrives damaged or faulty, message us within 30 days with a photo and your order number and we'll put it right at no cost to you, with a replacement, a re-foil or a refund.
