How a session day looks

    Before you leave

    Your home page tells you where you’re going next, and Check my reader tells you the card reader is ready before you’ve packed the car.

    At the session

    Pick what the parent is buying and add their details, and they tap their card on the reader, which shows them exactly what they are paying for. They get a receipt with your photo on it, their order number and a link to upload their prints.

    As they pay

    You see what you earned on that sale there and then, and the order is on its way to our studio.

    At month end

    Head office works out your commission, sends you a statement and pays you within 14 days. There’s nothing for you to invoice.

Selling

  • Point of Sale

    Take card payments on your own reader. The customer sees their basket on the reader, then gets a receipt with your photo on it, their order number and a link to upload their prints, and the order goes straight to our studio.

  • Check my reader

    A quick check before each session that your reader is online and ready, with the option of a test on your own card that is cancelled straight away.

  • The memorial range

    Keepsakes for funeral homes. The funeral home’s team takes the print and you look after the home: build the family’s order from their form, send the invoice from the Hub and see when it is due. You earn 30% of the package price the family paid.

  • Memorial prints from your phone

    Send the family’s prints and order form straight from your phone. Take a photo of the order form and the Hub fills in the details for you to check.

Your money

  • Commissions

    Every sale as it comes in: in person at 40%, online through your link at 20%, memorial at 30%. Watch the month build sale by sale, and see where each order has got to, from in production to dispatched.

  • Statements, not invoices

    You never raise an invoice. We work out your commission at the end of each month, send you a statement and pay you within 14 days. Every statement is kept, ready to download for your accountant, and you can download your sales as a spreadsheet.

  • Your own invoices, when you need one

    For an event fee or a private booking, build an invoice and download it as a PDF.

  • Your bank details, protected

    A change to where we pay you goes to head office, who ring you to confirm it before anything changes.

    Every kit bought through your link or your QR code is credited to you automatically.

  • Your own print files

    Your personalised business cards, thank you and pricing cards, QR codes and portrait, ready to send to a printer. Only you see yours.

  • Memory Catcher Studio

    Kits, print, branded clothing and equipment at your trade price. Pay now or have it taken off your next commission, and personalised print comes set up with your name and QR code.

  • Documents

    Your agreement and insurance in one place, with a reminder on your home page before your cover runs out.

  • Training

    Eight illustrated how-to guides for the Hub itself, alongside your training in person with Ashley. Her ten-lesson video course is being filmed now and lands in the Hub, with a progress bar as you go.

The Hub was built for people who would rather be with families than on a laptop. Your first week has a checklist on your home page that ticks itself off as you go: add your bank details, upload your insurance, test your reader, put the diary on your phone and add your first session.

Every guide shows you the real screen with the button to tap ringed. Signing in is a six-digit code sent to your email, so there’s no password to forget.
