How it works
How a paw print keepsake is taken and made
Saying goodbye is hard enough. You make a few choices with your vet or pet crematorium, and everything else is done for you.

Choose a package
When you make arrangements with your vet or pet crematorium, choose a package and the words you’d like on it, such as their name and a date. It all goes on one short order form.

The print is taken
Their own team gently takes your pet’s paw and nose print with our inkless kit, while your pet is in their care. It’s done before cremation, so ask early.

We take it from here
They send a photo of the prints and the form to your Memory Catcher™, or to our team if there isn’t one near you yet. The original prints go home with you.

Smudges tidied, with a proof
Our studio tidies any smudges, keeping every pad and line, and adds your words. You’ll see a proof first, unless you’d rather we went straight ahead.

Made in real foil and framed
We reproduce their paw and nose exactly life size in real metallic foil, using our Foil Fusion Technology™, then frame it and engrave the keyrings.

Your keepsake comes straight to your door, framed and well packed, so there’s nothing to collect and nobody else to deal with.

Every print is checked and any smudges are tidied up, but the framed print is never resized and never redrawn. It’s their paw and their nose, exactly as they were, every pad and every line.
We press it in real metallic foil, not ink, so it catches the light and lasts. Then we frame it here. The keyrings are the one thing we scale down, so the print fits neatly on the tag.

Simple money
The owner pays you as part of their bill, and you keep 10% of the price they paid. We invoice you for the rest, one invoice per pet, on 30-day terms.
Nothing to hand over
The finished keepsake goes straight to the owner’s home, framed. Kits, forms and leaflets are kept stocked at no cost to you.

Questions
Pet keepsakes: your questions answered
Yes. Your vet or pet crematorium’s own team takes the print gently, while your pet is in their care, using our inkless kit. A wipe reacts with the paper to leave a detailed impression, so there’s no ink on their fur and no mess. It needs to be done before cremation, so it’s best to ask as early as you can.
The framed print is always exactly life size, never resized or redrawn, with their nose print beside the paw. Keyrings are the one exception: we scale the print down so it fits neatly on the tag.
